Our facilities

Our facilities provide all the necessary equipment.

Besides the essential analytical and physical testing equipment for the development of Oral Solid Dosage Formulations (OSD) in our formulation laboratories, our plant is completed with storage facilities for Raw Materials, In-Process Materials and climate controlled API storage. PEN TSAO has all permits and licenses for the operation of a Multi-Purpose Facility in China.

Multipurpose Plant Baoshan (Current Production Facility)

21 Glass Lined Multi Purpose Reactor Units (Size ranging from 200I to 5,000I; Total volume 56 m³).
Temperature: -20°C to 280°C.
Pressure: 1 mbar to 100 bar.
Fractionated Vacuum Distillation.
7 Vertical & Horizontal Peeler Centrifuges.
Vacuum and Pressure Filters, various types of Vacuum Dryers.
Milling, Grinding and Homogenization Equipment.
Waste water and waste gas treatment facilities.

Clean Room Workshops Class D

Glass Lined Multi Purpose Reactors (200l to 3000I).
Vertical Centrifuges, Vacuum Tumble Dryers 20 mbar vacuum and max 120° C.
Granulation and Homogenization Equipment, Final Primary and Secondary Packaging.
Milling Machines (auto feed and discharge).
Purified Water System with Filtration, Softening, RO, Mixed Bed and Microfiltration serving the Clean Room workshops.

Class D Solid Dosage Formulation Pilot Unit

Stainless Steel Blender with up to 80l batch size.
Wet Granulation and Fluid Bed Dryer with Micro-pelleting unit.
Automatic Capsule Filling System (Capacity up to 50.000Caps./h).
